Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Lovely Mom. We hope you are happy with your purchase from The Lovely Mom . However, if you are not fully satisfied with your shopping for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please follow our  return policy information below here. We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, used, or altered. Also, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized or customized in any way. All returns must be postmarked to us  within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. So don’t delay If you want to return at all. All returned items have to be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We are not responsible for lost packages by your fault. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, we will not provide a replacement.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
